Gabkul Foundation educates and empowers the physically challenged people, primarily children. The Foundation restores their dignity by locally manufacturing and providing affordable and adoptable mobility devices at no cost such as; artificial upper and lowers limbs, braces, and the best available practical solutions for prosthetic care. These children remain socially marginalized and suffer from a lack of self-esteem. Most of them are still crawling on the floor and hope one day someone like you would help. They all have been dreaming about a new leg or a new arm, and things people take for granted, like being able to walk.They often receive no social support, or rehabilitative aids like wheelchairs, canes, and crutches. In our Health Care Center of Bongolo, we provide necessary orthopedic services and durable medical devices for various individuals of limited financial means, as well as soldier’s victims of war and disabled women and men of Congo. Great help is needed today to support our work, and your contribution is 100% tax-deductible in the US.
